Anyway, unfortunately during the summer we have had no such luck with celebrity performances (Matt Drudge doesn't return our calls, The Toners are sunbathing in Miami, and we really don't want to interrupt any of Sakis Rouvas' sexy photo shoots lest he doesn't develop the resulting pictures). But we did get some exclusive info from one tipster that was after the most hidden of talents in the Harvard Political Scene.
Writes inside informant "Guillermo":
"I went to the Middle East the other day with a few good friends to listen to some music and drink, expecting a shitty indy band to play. Instead who do I see other than loathed Crimson columnist Lucy Morrow Caldwell '09 take the stage in a hot outfit and ready to sing her lungs out. I was ready to walk out the door, expecting a horrid karaoke session gone wrong, but Caldwell was actually really good. She sang Amy Winehouse's 'Love is a Losing Game' and some Mariah Carey song, both much better than any of us expected. Word is she's looking for a record deal and a duet with Avril Lavigne."Haha, fair tipster, we know better than to think Caldwell is looking for a record deal. She's just looking for a spot on the GossipStop elite lineup. Send us a recording and we'll see what we can do!
