The two Annenberg All-Stars, surrounded by a bevy of loyal retainers and courtiers, met over a meal just before the chaos surrounding Mather's invasion of Annenberg on Monday night. The discussion of the two heartthrobs was rumored to have fallen on their plans for blocking day. Little is known of what exactly transpired during the dinner, but in the anarchy let loose once freshmen saw Matherites disrobing, our reporter managed to catch the words "Domination," "take-over," "river run," and "blocking" from the pair, assuming they were safely away from earshot of anyone interested in their plan.

Yes, indeed, it seems that in the wake of the diaspora of freshmen that is Blocking Day, where the veritable Tower of Babel that is induced by the hubris of River (or Quad, for those who are sexy) Run brings about the fragmentation of the freshmen bloc, the two individuals seem to have planned a takeover to ensure their continuing dominance of the hearts and minds of the freshmen! What could they be planning?! Could it be blackmail of Drew Faust over embarrassing photos of her cavorting about with fashion icon Vishal Lugani '11? Could it be the hijacking of HRTV, courtesy of revolutionaries-for-hire Tomo Lazovich '11 and Max Newman-Plotnick '11?

Or, most insidious of all…could they have somehow coerced Nikita Marakchev '11, rex regorum of freshmen, lord protector of Lamont, viceroy of brain break, to use his powers to fix blocking?! Only time will tell…
