GossipGeek Falls Victim to Derek Flanzraich 'Fraud'

Here at GossipGeek, we often receive dozens of misleading tips from fans across the world. Most of them say something to the effect of "you have been approved for a lump sum payout of £650,00000 GBP and Sharp LC-32GD9E LCD TV" or "Real men! Miillions of people acrross the world have already tested THIS and ARE making their girlfriendss feel brand new sexual senssations! YOU are the best in bed, aren't you?", and we're glad to spare you the false information. And although we really are collectively the best in bed (just ask Sean Gil '11), we know better than to trust unreliable sources like fourhorsemenenterprises.com or uklotteryboard@aol.com.

That said, it's rare for us to receive any tips from our pet fame projects, especially live on the internet tubes. So imagine our glee at the following (fast-forward to 7:01):



Naked pictures, Derek? There weren't event blurry camera phone pics of Crimson columnist Alex Petri '10 in a bikini! We call fraud, and just as Ad Board chair Jay Ellison taught us in the Crimson's extensive coverage of how much Christophe Bruno hates us, it's time to file a police report. Hey, if they can report us for using their names, we certainly can report On Harvard Time for calling us out. We're thinking it will read something like this:

"Dear Honourable Sirs,

One Mr. Derek Flanzraich, a popular chap about the University, claimed on the weekly broadcast of 'satirical' news show On Harvard Time that he had for our enterprise several photographs of himself in the nude.

First of all, he evoked us by name, which is, of course, unlawful. It's true because we read so in the Crimson.

Secondly, it has come to our attention that the URL address he directs viewers to does not, in fact, contain the aforementioned photographs. That his claim is fraudulent and unduly should suffice for HUPD to enact swift justice upon the poor vagabond's soul.

Any suggestions before I head on over and send this in would be greatly appreciated! I don't think I need any though- those are some solid arguments to be made in a court of law.
