BREAKING NEWS! SUMMER SHOCKER! HEIR APPARENT TO UC THRONE JON T. STAFF V '10 STUDYING ABROAD!

An insider close in heart to our beloved UC has just emailed GossipGeek with the most unprecedented Harvard political event of the year: heir apparent to the UC presidential throne Jon T. Staff V '10 has appeared on an email list of rising juniors studying abroad this fall! It is rumored that Staff will spend his fall in studying in Amsterdam, rather than kissing babies and shaking hands in front of the Science Center to inevitably take Matt Sundquist '09's place, if not Randall Sarafa '09's if he did not best running mate Andrea F. Flores '10 in the top-secret Boca Grande UC Negotiation Talks.

With Staff out of the way, the tireless FiComm chair (who we are also told is more popular within the UC itself than her counterpart in the SAC (tee hee)) is now guaranteed the top stop, much like Sundquist himself was guaranteed the position after taking his only possible adversary under his wing as Vee Pee. Flores' only challenge now is to find a running mate in order to legally get herself on the ballot, making her the only candidate on the ballot (except for the inescapable joke candidate, who is rumored to be a Puerto Rican fan of this site), and therefore the best candidate on the ballot.

GossipGeek will continue to follow this story closely as it develops- stay tuned to GossipGeek for the latest on this UC exclusive!

No way. Really?

I will admit that I didn't see that coming.

Now who will fill the second slot in the Flores superticket?

Flores - ???

This is ridiculous, the UC president doesn't have to come from the current crop of UC '10 mandarins. It could be a rising sophomore on the UC, a former UC '10er, or a total outsider. Come on GG, let's be more open-minded.
